At Hexagon Offices, we believe there should be “life” before, during, and after work, which is why the building, and its facilities were designed to allow various daily activities for all employees. From fitness facilities to restaurants, Hexagon Offices has it all!

WORK

We differentiate ourselves by providing our tenants with the possibility to customize their workspaces according to their needs through what we call an “agile design system”. Also, at their request, we ad various modules to each office space such as a kitchen, single offices, meeting rooms, open space areas, or a copy & storage room.

Built for the future, designed by the highest standards of quality and functional design. Hexagon Offices is a mixed-class “A” type office building that aims to transform one of the city’s transit areas into a new business & lifestyle landmark of Cluj – Calea Turzii.

The building has a total surface of over 27.000 sqm designed to service 1600 class “A” office stations (16.500 sqm). Some of the overall functional benefits of the building are its Building Management and HVAC systems, back-up generator for common areas, smoke and fire detectors with sprinklers systems, controlled access in the building, dedicated parking spaces, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, last generation elevators, dedicated bicycle parking spaces and charging stations for electrical cars.

The building architecture is remarkable through its imposing presence that inspires sturdiness and durability. The interior design of the common areas combines cohesively and effortlessly base materials such as wood, metal glass and raw concrete, which are all elements that indirectly speak for our vision – classic quality that never goes out of style combined with the aesthetics of a building built for the future.

Following the same principle of building for the future, we developed it by the highest socially and environmentally responsible norms, which is why Hexagon Offices granted the BREEAM Excellent Certified.
