The completion of KÉSZ Group’s first investment in Romania has begun

The completion of the Hexagon Offices & Apartments business complex began on the 7th of September and it was marked by the Hexagon Offices & Apartments Kick-Off Event. KÉSZ Group’s investment in this office building is over 25 million Euro, and its official opening will take place in March, 2019.

KÉSZ Group representatives attended the event, as well as delegates of notable construction, real estate, architecture, and interior design companies from Cluj-Napoca. The event agenda included the symbolic braking of a bottle of champagne, the burial of a time capsule in a vertical reinforcement pillar case, as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony which officially announced the commencement of the construction works.

The guests had the opportunity to closely follow the works carried on the complex premises from the terrace, where the event took place, while actively engaging in networking sessions.

The highlight of the official launch was the speech held by László Szalados, CTO KÉSZ Group:

The building is 60% completed.

Hexagon Offices & Apartments is KÉSZ Group’s first investment in Romania, worth over 25 million Euro. The building is BREAAM certified and it covers an aera of over 25.000 sqm. Moreover, the business complex aims to revitalise Calea Turzii by offering practical and leisure facilities for all the residents of the surrounding neighbourhoods – Bună Ziua, Zorilor and Europa. Some of these facilities are a fast serving international restaurant, fitness space, a café, supermarket and a 9th-floor skybar.
