Thus, in Romania, we can talk about four KÉSZ projects that have been completed with real success both in the capital and in some of the most important cities in the country.

ONE HERĂSTRĂU PARK – București

One Herastrau Park is a high-end residential compound with 2 towers of 52m each and 106 apartments totaling 28,000 sqm, within 2-3 minutes walking distance to Herastrau Park and steps from Floreasca Lake. The residential project was honored in 2018 with the „Residential Project of the Year„ prize at the 13th gala organized by Europa Property SEE Real Estate Award.

THE KÄRCHER FACTORY – Curtea de Argeș

Located 140 kilometers northwest of Bucharest, the Kärcher factory from Curtea de Argeș has a surface of 22,000 sqm producing cleaning appliances, both industrial and household. The execution of the building construction was done at high standards for an over particular customer highlighting the quality of the customer.

TRADE CENTER, THE „A” CLASS OFFICE BUILDING – Oradea

The real-estate project Trade Center Oradea is a real success being is the largest A-class office building in Oradea. With a surface area of 22,000 sqm, its structure was executed by the special precompression by post-tension technology. The building has clear heights and stunning architecture.  The location is perfect for all kinds of activities: business process outsourcing services, business support centers, engineering and design activities, software development, and many other activity types. It is located in a prime area of Oradea city across the street from one of the main shopping malls in Oradea, Lotus Center.

NYMPHAEA AQUA PARK – Oradea

Designed ingeniously, in the rhythm of the latest technology, the Nymphaea Aquapark is the place where everyone’s imagination is satisfied and the thirst for adventure quieted. With an arsenal of 10 exciting toboggans, 15 swimming and relaxation pools, special playgrounds for children, 6 saunas, massage parlors, sports grounds and restaurants, the water park has the supremacy of fun in Transylvania. The building has a complex layered lamellar, monolithic concrete and steel structures. For this project, the KÉSZ team used, for the first time in Romania, the ERFE foil roof system which envelops the 50m open dome.

It is a great honor for us, that we have been appointed to carry out these wonderful projects of extraordinary complexity. Moreover, we are excited to create exceptional experiences not only in the city of Cluj Napoca through the Hexagon Offices building, but also in other cities of Romania through projects in which we translate the values ​​and objectives of KÉSZ.
