Hexagon Offices – the newest office building inaugurated in Cluj-Napoca

Thursday, May 23 was one of the most important days for Hexagon Offices and the big KÉSZ family. In Cluj-Napoca, on Calea Turzii 178K was held the inaugural event of Hexagon Offices, a new landmark on the business and lifestyle map of Cluj.

The impressive building has eight floors, including “A” class office spaces for rent, but also commercial areas, a conference area, a café, a restaurant, and a fitness center. 21.600 m2. “It is KÉSZ’s largest external investment”, confesses Szalados László, Deputy Technical Director – KÉSZ’s, at the inauguration.

Those who dreamed, designed and executed the modern and imposing building, undoubtedly managed to create a place that embodies the Work-Life Pleasure concept. “We wanted and we make every effort to revitalize the Calea Turzii area. Thus, with every decision we make at Hexagon Offices, we primarily look for the pleasure of our tenants to be in the complex, to work in the building. In the end, everything starts with how employees work today. Hexagon Offices is a landmark and an important point of interest for both neighborhoods and tenants. They will have a new vibrant place in which to carry out their daily activities, “explained Anca Pintea, Tenant Coordinator of Hexagon Offices.

Hexagon Offices, a building of the future, enjoyed the eyes and admiration of the distinguished guests such as the KÉSZ family, Hexagon Offices employees, companies, partners, tenants, potential clients, the General Consul of Hungary, and officials of Cluj-Napoca. Thus, Oláh Emese, Deputy Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, attended the inauguration. She expressed her admiration for the work of the KÉSZ team saying: “I think the companies that will work here will contribute to the dynamic development of the science-based economy. (…) I think this process will not stop here and the KÉSZ Group will be one of those who will recommend Cluj as an investment place. I think these investments took place at the right time and in the right place. “

Besides the artistic moments and the appreciation for all those who contributed to the design and execution of the imposing building in the Calea Turzii area, the guests had an organized tour of the building where they could look in detail and admire the inaugurated areas of the construction such as parking, lobby offices of Hexagon Offices and many more.

“The building, in the functional stage in which it is now, is the result of the work of several companies, to whom we thank and whose work we have a special respect,” Anca Pintea, Tenant Coordinator, concluded.
